Fees

At Vista Legal Services we operate fixed fee prices and publish our prices online.

We will always be upfront with you about the costs associated with your application, and where costs vary for complex cases these will be agreed in advance. For your information we have set out an approximate figure of additional fees for complex matters.

Examples of complex matters include previous adverse immigration history, breach of immigration laws, criminal record, complicated financial arrangements or circumstances for Sponsors, or where a person might be an overstayer or an illegal entrant.

Our prices will include any VAT which may be applicable, and you will know exactly how much you will be paying.
